Hello there! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 20 years of experience. I work with children, teens and adults. If you are looking for a counselor for your child or teen I can help with most concerns you may be experiencing (depression, self harm, anxiety, trauma, divorce, grief, behavioral concerns, anger, defiance, self esteem etc). If you are an adult seeking therapy I can help with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, parenting difficulties, grief, boundaries, self esteem, etc.
For Children I use a hybrid of mostly play therapy and child-centered cognitive behavioral therapy. For teens and adults primarily I use CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy). The most important thing is to find a therapist you trust and can have a solid therapeutic relationship with to promote healing and optimal mental health.
