My approach to therapy is integrative, evidence-based, culturally-sensitive, and trauma-informed. Throughout our process together, we can uncover parts of our past that need healing, and discover new ways of living and being.
I believe that in order to heal, that we need to understand our past and how that relates to our present patterns of being. From there, we can decide what patterns to keep, what patterns to change, and all the while cultivating compassion for past-selves along the way.
