I provide integrative therapy to individuals and their families specializing in the provision of treatment to those dealing with the mental health effects associated with chronic illness. I also work with individuals diagnosed with medical health diagnoses such as Heart Disease, Cancer, and Diabetes, to name just a few, among the aging population. I bring the same kindness and compassion to my clients that professionals have given me throughout the years, understanding that when individuals feel overwhelmed due to life circumstances, the need for connection, guidance, and support is profound.
My approach to working with clients is listening to gain insight of their problems for practical, goal-oriented, and solution-focused treatment to reduce their suffering and find calmness and joy again. I offer a collaborative style that individuals can connect with, impacting lives by working alongside my clients to help them overcome life’s challenges.
