I offer therapy that is relational, psychodynamic, and has the potential to be intensive and long-term, depending on your needs and goals. Psychodynamic therapy helps people uncover internal conflicts and relationship dynamics that may be keeping them from living a more fulfilling life. This approach to exploring your thoughts and feelings and can lead to improved relationships, greater self-knowledge and acceptance of yourself and others, and a more flexible approach to meeting life's challenges.
I primarily work with adults who feel anxious, depressed, struggle with self-doubt or self-worth, and have a history of trauma. I also work with teenagers (16+). To facilitate a deeper therapy process and a stronger therapeutic relationship, I often recommend meeting twice per week.
