I work with adults who find themselves ready to do the deep work of therapy. Those who are deeply desiring change and growth and restoration. Together, we will discover the wisdom that is already within you and how to access it. I am formally trained in level one IFS and EMDR and operate through a trauma informed self compassion focused lens.
The clients I work with are already a bit introspective and often wish to work in the mental health profession themselves. They are ready to do the work of processing, even if they are unsure what that will actually entail. My hope is to help you build a pathway to your internal world and find love and compassion there.
