Sometimes in life we struggle with anxiety, low self-esteem, how to set good boundaries, or figuring out who we are. Sometimes we need someone to bounce thoughts and ideas off of, someone to practice boundaries with, someone to help set goals, or just someone to listen and understand. I believe my role is to be a helper. You have the best idea of what you need, and my job is to help you find those skills within yourself.
Sometimes even the best talk therapy doesn't work well for you. What I offer is psychotherapy with horses. Working with these animals along with other forms of therapy can bring a completely new feeling to the therapy experience. You can learn more about yourself and how you relate to others in ways you might usually not be able to.
I believe each individual is an expert on themselves and what they need. Alongside horses, I can help you to reach your goals and improve your life, using the tools you already possess inside yourself. I can't wait to get started with you!
