Through a psychodynamic lens, incorporating a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach, I join my clients in working through difficult experiences to gain a stronger sense of self and wellness. I specialize in self-esteem/self-worth, anxiety, grief, depression, interpersonal violence, and trauma. I work with kids, teens, young adults, and older adults.
My manner of practice is casual and comfortable, with my main focus being on your feelings of safety and trust in our relationship. I strongly believe that healing begins when we really feel heard and understood and I work to create that type of space for every client.

Beyond the Silence
Beyond the Silence: Healing from Psychological Abuse, provides a safe, compassionate, and confidential space to share experiences, connect with others, and work toward healing and empowerment. Through psychoeducation, peer support, and guided discussion, members explore the impact of psychological abuse, including gaslighting, invalidation, and trauma in difficult relationships. Topics include rebuilding trust in self, breaking trauma bonds, reclaiming identity, setting boundaries, and practicing self-compassion.
