I create a safe and supportive environment for people to share their stories and struggles, and connect them to various resources and support systems they made need, including: nutritionists; MDs; support groups, clergy; etc. in order to provide the most comprehensive approach to wholeness and well-being.
Licensed in NY & FL, I offer virtual and in-person therapy specializing in eating disorders, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and grief/loss. I love working with adults, children, adolescents, and families. Addtionally, I am currently in training to provide Integrative Mental Health approaches and offer holistic options alongside traditional care.
I use a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy & Psychodynamic theory, along with viewing therapy through an integrative/whole-body wellness lens. In my therapeutic approach with children, I incorporate the use of arts & play. I will also provide a biblical viewpoint within counseling, if so desired, and enjoy working with all belief systems & cultures.
