If you’re struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or relationship/marital challenges, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I specialize in helping individuals process and heal from trauma so they can feel more grounded, connected, and in control of their lives. I use evidence-based approaches including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and others, in addition to traditional talk therapy.
EMDR is a structured approach that helps the brain reprocess distressing memories, reducing their intensity and intrusiveness. Many clients experience meaningful and lasting relief, often more efficiently than with talk therapy alone.
