I work with individuals and couples facing ADHD, autism, trauma, and the unique challenges of first responders and veterans. As a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator, I help couples strengthen their relationships. My approach combines traditional therapy with tools like the Enneagram and EMDR to foster clarity, connection, and healing.

I work with clients dealing with trauma, relationship issues, ADHD, and autism. In our first sessions, we'll build rapport, and explore your challenges and create a plan for trauma-informed and neurodivergent-informed care, and the Enneagram.
