I work with individuals and couples who grew up without the emotional support they needed and now, as adults, often feel depleted, burnt out, or disconnected. As an adult child of an alcoholic, I know the impact of addiction on families and how it can shape identity and relationships. I am also a parent of three grown children, spent a decade living abroad, and cared for parents with dementia—experiences that deepen my empathy and understanding.
