I'm a family systems thinker and use elements of solution focused, cognitive behavioral, and The Gottman Method approach to therapy.
I specialize in issues related to couple relationships, child behavior, and depression and anxiety problems. I have an overarching view that no one exists in isolation. I look at the individual in the context of his/ her environment and relationships. I work with clients to reshape family relationship patterns and target their individual goals.
