I believe that every individual, couple, and family is unique and will provide clients with a balance of warmth and structure as I work with them to target and address the "why" behind their identified problem(s). I'm a family systems thinker and use elements of solution focused, cognitive behavioral, and the Gottman Method approaches to therapy.
I specialize in issues related to couple and family relationships, child behavior problems, depression, and anxiety. I have an overarching view that no one exists in isolation. I look at the individual in the context of his/ her environment and relationships. I work with clients to reshape family relationship patterns and target their individual goals.
