— Practice currently full — Parents and children have been having disagreements since the beginning of time. It can be hard to understand what a child is going through, especially when you feel you’ve done everything you possibly can to make things better. The loss of control coupled with feelings ranging from hopelessness to anger can lead to strained and fractured family dynamics.
As a licensed mental health counselor, my practice focuses on helping children and young adults thrive both within the home and outside. I work with children, adolescents, and young adults to find their agency and work towards their own independence.
