Are you exhausted from your obsessive thoughts about food and body image? Feeling defeated by ED behaviors? With over 20 years in this field, let me teach you the most effective skills that I've identified through the years needed to recover from your ED fully. These skills are found in my book ("An Integrative Approach to Treating Eating Disorders: 9 Foundational Skills for a Lasting Recovery" available on Amazon.) You will learn the function of the disorder, address, and heal unresolved distressful underlying issues, and you'll learn to utilize foundational skills to replace old patterns for full ED recovery.
We treat all eating disorders and issues related, including body image struggles. We offer an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for women, teens, and men who are struggling with eating. The IOP is currently via telehealth and is able to offer services to neighbor island participants. We also offer weekly 1:1 therapy and DBT individual and group therapy.
