I also particularly enjoy working with parents and college/graduate students around complex topics related to life transitions, decision making, stress management, personal relationship dynamics and self identity.
I provide a compassionate, strength based, warm approach to enhancing self awareness and coping strategies. Sometimes we need a solution. Sometimes we just want to be heard.
