My approach comes from depth psychology. This means that we work together to find the root cause of your issues rather than focus on quick fixes and skills work. Your reality, core beliefs, narratives, and relationships are shaped by your conscious and unconscious mind & your attachment style. Together, we work through your past to rebuild a new way of viewing and being in the world that serves who you are today. I offer a feminist perspective that is trauma informed. When working with me, you can expect an approach that is highly personalized to your personal growth and values.
My passion is supporting persons who are seeking growth, self-discovery, and aligning to the highest-version of themselves. I specialize in identity work, anxiety, depression, aging, burnout, perfectionism, boundaries, Imposter Syndrome, bereavement, divorce, midlife crisis, and other life transitions.
