I provide depth-oriented psychotherapy for adults seeking a path to wholeness and self-understanding. My approach moves beyond diagnostic labels and coping skills to explore the full spectrum of your inner world and experiences. The goal is to build the resilience to protect yourself while also opening your heart to a more vulnerable and authentic connection with the world.
