I believe many of the struggles people face - anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and transitions are often connected to the stories they've come to believe about themselves. My goal is not to tell clients who they are, but to help them discover who they are beneath the pain and experiences misguiding them.
My approach is primarily grounded in evidence-based practices, while remaining collaborative and client-led. Together, we explore patterns, challenge unhelpful beliefs, develop practical coping skills, and cultivate the resilience needed to develop a deeper understanding of oneself, the values that matter most to you, and find the healing you deserve.
