I enjoy working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families to help them adjust to life transitions. Areas of speciality include couples therapy, family communication, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, chronic illness, ADHD, and trauma.
My therapeutic approach is strengths-based, supportive, and non-judgmental. I work from a Narrative Therapy approach, also applying elements of Solution Focused and Family Systems Therapy.
I let you know what to expect from the therapy process and what you can expect from me. I am open and encourage questions throughout the therapeutic relationship. I ask questions and listen to your stories of who you are and what you bring into the therapy.
