Hello! As owner, licensed counselor, EMDR consultant and neurotherapist at Aerie Counseling, it is my honor and joy to journey alongside as you pursue healing, wholeness, and growth! My approach to counseling and neurofeedback is grounded in connection, compassion and curiosity. I am here to hold space to explore and navigate challenging patterns, experiences, and stuck spots through a trauma informed lens. My goal is to partner with you in your aspirations and unique goals, provide quality care and support, and equip your brain, body and soul as you create the life you want and live authentically.
As a Certified EMDR therapist, I often integrate EMDR with Internal Family Systems/Parts informed perspective and find it to be very gentle and effective. I also have specialized education integrating Christian spirituality into counseling to support holistic growth. Neurofeedback is a specialized approach offered at Aerie Counseling in a boutique setting.
