Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I’ve worked in the mental health field for over 10 years and know how much courage it takes to start your healing journey. I specialize in eating disorders, body image concerns, and self-esteem. I also have extensive experience with anxiety, OCD, and depression. My ideal client may feel stuck but is hopeful for change and wants a more compassionate relationship with themselves. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client. I use evidence-based therapies like ACT, ERP, EFT, and IFS to support emotional awareness, reduce avoidance, and explore thought patterns.
