Whether it’s learning to reduce anxiety, processing and healing from grief or trauma, navigating life transitions, or dealing with some of the challenges that come in our modern-day world; I help clients work through a variety of issues, so they feel empowered to live with more emotional freedom, coping tools, and healing perspective. I believe therapy is sacred and creates a safe container for healing, growth and change to happen, and I’m honored to be a space holder for this process.
My therapeutic style is warm, relational, and collaborative drawing on a variety of integrative approaches. As a board-certified clinical psychologist, my practice is informed by over 20 years of experience, and I offer my undivided attention, highly sensitive nature, support, and deep-listening skills. Licensed in Hawaii, Alaska, Illinois, and Minnesota.
I believe each of us is on our own journey of becoming and that my role is to meet you where you are at in your process and collaborate with you to focus on your strengths and help you find new tools and insight.
