I offer a collaborative and relational approach to counseling and strive to honor the uniqueness of each individual and your needs. This means that I may use a variety of therapeutic modalities including, but not limited to, NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model), Client-Centered, and Existential Therapy approaches to assist client's in meeting their goals.

The healing journey can be one that is both scary and exciting. I continually strive to bring forth a gentle, kind, compassionate, and hopeful presence, to assist along this said journey.
