Therapy with me is active, collaborative, and integrative - I use various modalities (attachment-focused psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, EFT, CBT, TF-CBT, mindfulness, etc.) to best serve the specific needs of my clients.
With children, I use play, art, and sand tray therapy to help them process emotions in the ways they express best.
With teens, I provide a safe space to explore emotions while navigating independence - balancing privacy with family connection.
When engaging in relationship/couples work, I use the Gottman Method and/or Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy.
