I am a Korean transracial adoptee raised in the Pacific Northwest, with over 20 years working in community. I am grateful to be living on the traditional land of the Duwamish people. Passionate about holistic emotional and spiritual healing, I co-create client-led, safe spaces for your healing journey. Believing in the power of understanding our stories, embracing our strengths, self-love, and ancestral gifts and wisdom, I integrate CBT and EMDR (trained in both) into my practice.
