Have you decided it’s time to conquer your fear & reclaim your life? If you experience strong fear in specific situations which you logically know are reasonably safe but just can’t get past, I’m glad you’re here. I'm a seasoned therapist specializing in brief therapy for specific phobias & chronic pain. Whether the situation you fear is a “routine” medical appointment, injection, heights, being near a certain type of animal/insect, or something else, I want you to know that relief is possible & treatment needn't be harsh. Ask me about my compassionate approach to phobia therapy. With the right support & treatment, you can do this.
Maybe you experience chronic pain (CPRS/RSD, Fibromyalgia, headaches, cancer, etc). My own experience with chronic pain led me to dive into pain research & how the brain processes pain. I provide proven therapy designed to reduce neuroplastic pain, allieviate anxiety about pain, help you focus on living a life based on what matters most to you, & more.
I believe knowledge and hope are essential parts of the process of reclaiming your life from the effects of a specific phobia or chronic pain. With compassionate, proven treatment, you can begin a journey to empowerment. If you or someone you love is dealing with a specific phobia or chronic pain, feel free to reach out for more information. Be well!

I work with clients who experience very intense anxiety or panic related to a specific trigger, such as having blood drawn for routine labwork or seeing a spider. Many of my clients find themselves phobia-free after one half-day or full-day session called a therapy "intensive." I currently have a waiting list for phobia intensives.
