An introvert at heart, I thrive on deep and meaningful one-on-one connections. My husband and I have a private practice called Wheeler and Wheeler Counseling. We work as a husband and wife duo providing both individual counseling (individually or together) as well as couples counseling together. We are both licensed Christian counselors and strive to integrate faith at the desired level of each individual. I love collaborating with my husband to help couples in marriage counseling, premarital counseling, and what we like to call prebaby counseling. I also have a heart for working with women in pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood.

Along with couples counseling done with myself and my husband, I also specialize in perinatal mental health. I primarily work with women 18+ with generalized anxiety, depression, and trauma. I strive to offer comfort, support, tools, and guidance on navigating current struggles. You are welcome to come as you are, with the desire to not stay where you are.
