I have a specialty in perinatal mental health—aka, I help brave souls navigating the wild hormonal rollercoaster that comes with pregnancy, postpartum, and the whole “bringing a tiny human into the world”. Whether you're crying over spilled milk (literally), Googling "Is this normal?" for the 12th time today, or just need someone who gets it (and won't judge your 3-day-old messy bun), I'm here to help you find peace, perspective, and maybe even your sense of humor again.

Faith-based, heart-centered, and armed with tissues, laughs, and an unreasonable amount of coffee. I'm a mom of two and I’m here to be your compassionate co-pilot through whatever stage of motherhood you're in.
