Accepting New Patients - Life is hard, why make it harder? Everyone struggles with their emotions and life at times. I specialize in working with individuals with Anxiety, ADHD, and Depression using empirically based treatments via telehealth. Many of my clients are Los Angelenos who work in the entertainment/film industry, business professionals, and college students. Therapy can help you improve many different areas of your life, such as: stress management, personal growth, dating and relationships, friends and family, parenting, and sexuality. Why suffer if you can feel better?

I provide therapy to individuals throughout California via telehealth. I use scientifically supported treatments, like CBT, which helps quickly decrease anxiety, depression, and stress. I also conduct psychological evaluations which can determine a person's diagnosis, like ADHD, and provide recommendations, like special accommodations at school or work.
Reaching out can be scary - finding the right therapist can be as hard as buying a pair of jeans that fit well! I am non-judgmental, use humor, and will never make you to talk about things you aren't ready to share. Let's chat and see if we're a good fit. I am here to help. Congrats on starting your path to a healthier you!
