I am a student of Somatic Experiencing, a body-oriented method for healing trauma and stress. The natural world has been instrumental in my personal healing and growth process, and I bring elements of ecotherapy into my practice. I help clients prepare to engage with plant medicine/psychedelics in right relationship and to integrate their experiences after.
