I work with adults, teens, and families navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction and life transitions—whether rooted in the past or unfolding in real time. Some of us carry burdens that others can’t see: early wounds, chronic stress, or invisible grief that’s hard to name, let alone process.
Together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and build practical strategies for feeling better, day by day. My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I draw from evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care to name a few—but our work is always tailored to you.
I have provided group, family and individual counseling in hospitals, residential, day treatment, intensive out patient and outpatient settings for behavioral health and addictions. I specialize in overcoming trauma, managing anxiety and working with and through challenges like addiction, depression and PTSD toward a life that works for you.
