As both a clinical social worker and an advanced yoga teacher, I bring years of trauma-sensitive, mind-body practices to therapy. Together, we’ll use approaches like CBT, ACT, Brainspotting, and radical acceptance to gently reconnect you with your body, shift painful patterns, and create space for new meaning and healing.
