In my dedication to learning I have completed Level 3 of Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, a form of somatic therapy. In addition to that I incorporate mindfulness, and parts work (learning about out of awareness parts of ourselves). Sessions are individualized but 3 tools I always use are my presence with you, my curiosity and my compassion.
