Healing. Wholeness. Creativity. Self-Compassion. Clarity. Courage. These words describe experiences possible through the process of counseling. By collecting your stories, hopes, concerns and visions, I will tailor therapy to fit your unique needs. It is my honor to walk alongside fellow strugglers striving for hope, solace and transformation. I have worked in the field of mental health counseling for over twenty five years, seeking to bring freedom and peace to myself and others. I work as a psychotherapist, a supervisor to LPC-Associates, and have worked as a chaplain and counselor to hospice patients and their families.
Some of the heroes who have guided me along this journey are C.G. Jung, Irvin Yalom, Richard Rohr, Catherine of Siena, Tara Brach, Brene Brown, Mary Oliver and Kristin Neff. Their wisdom informs the way I provide support and guidance. I view all people through a lens of dignity and glory. Counseling becomes a path to freedom, peace and personal power.

Your need for support may have arisen from historical family of origin hurts, past trauma or from chosen or unchosen circumstances disrupting your peace.
