My name is Beth Fannell and I am a licensed Professional Counselor. I began counseling as a professional in the early 90's and in that time have amassed a good deal of life sense and intuition about the human condition. I hope to use this knowledge and experience to help others who have come to a place of impasse and need a hand getting through it. My approach is to meet you right where you are at the present time and to learn what techniques work best with you and what you are comfortable with. I strive to create a working plan to help you move toward your goals.
I have worked with a myriad of different clients with an abundance of presenting issues. Some people have events that occur in their lives that throw their balance off and need help coping with the changes. Others suffer from severe mental illness and personality disorders which have made living the life they want difficult to attain.
It is my desire that when I counsel clients, they feel understood, seen, and heard. I strive to create a safe place for them to speak freely, without fear of being judged or misunderstood. I hope to provide a warm and friendly environment where the most important person in the room is them.
