Now accepting new clients. Finding the right fit in this process can feel so difficult however, it is such an important piece of this work! I would love to come on this journey, if you will have me. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and encouraged to grow or learn new things. I also aim to bring in my own expertise, compassion, and a bit of humor to our sessions, ensuring you feel comfortable in our work together. My approach blends Interpersonal Process Therapy with helpful tools from CBT DBT and ERP. I work to build a strong, healthy relationship while giving you skills that support real, lasting change.
I am trained as a generalist however, I do primarily focus on OCD, anxiety related disorders, depression, women’s issues, trauma, and subclinical or partial remission eating disorders. I work with adolescent, young adult, and adult aged clients!
I have a specialty in Sport Psychology and work with a wide array of levels from youth to professional athletes.
I received my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. I maintain an active license in TN and IL. Additionally, I am able to practice across 42 state lines via PsyPact. I am so passionate about this work and would love to chat more about your needs and how they can best be met!
