Life isn’t always what we expect it to be. We can be thrown curveballs through life events, losses, difficult relationships, or stressful situations that we did not see coming. We can’t always control what is brought our way, but we can control our response to it. In my practice I provide clients with a safe space to express their struggles. We work together toward growth and change through understanding the places we are stuck, the cycles that perpetuate this, and the steps to health and freedom.

I enjoy working with adults, adolescents, and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship struggles, grief and loss, addictions, and life changes. I am trained in EMDR therapy for trauma treatment. I graduated in 2008 from Denver Seminary.
