I enjoy working with adults of all ages and stages in life. My experience includes working with individuals and families dealing with a variety of issues including life transitions, faith/spiritual matters, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, self-esteem issues and loss/grief of all kinds.
My approach is strengths-based and from a holistic perspective. Narrative, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused often are incorporated into therapy that is tailored to each client's needs. Faith based counseling is available for those who would like this incorporated.
