About
My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe environment where my clients feel accepted as they are, while also supported in moving towards the growth and change they are seeking. I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults seeking support with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting, life transitions, relationship difficulties, identity, and self-esteem concerns, among others. I have over ten years of clinical experience, working in public school, college counseling center, and outpatient practice settings.
I use an integrative therapeutic approach based on you or your child’s needs, including evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral activation, dialectical behavior therapy, and cognitive processing therapy. In my work with youth, I also utilize art and play-based therapies. My style is warm, authentic, and collaborative.
I understand the importance of finding a therapist that is a good fit for you or your child. I welcome you to contact me for a free 15-minute phone consultation to learn more about how we might work together.
