I enjoy working with couples and providing a safe place for two people to work through disconnection. I also work extensively with individuals - both men and women. I have experience working with different stages of life transitions - career change, first-time parents, empty nesters, grieving life's losses and the psychological effects of growing older. My goal is to create a safe place for you to explore your life – what’s working, what isn’t, fears, pain, past hurts and trauma. I will guide you toward self-awareness and insight as you discover the freedom to live authentically.
As an emotionally focused-trained therapist, I provide a safe, compassionate environment as we explore your story and the wounds that impact your view of self and others. For couples, I have the roadmap to walk you and your partner through the heartbreak of disconnection, infidelity and attachment wounds.
As one of the walking wounded, I have been blessed with caring therapists who have walked with me in the dark as I muddled through my angst and searched for light—freedom from shame, betrayal, grief and fear.
