About
I want to connect with you to help you address issues that are preventing you from moving forward in your life. I specialize in addiction, domestic violence, depression, and trauma and I want to help my clients identify negative thoughts and maladaptive behavior patterns and understand the impact. Understanding what you can and can't change is part of this equation as is recognizing how your thoughts impact your feelings about yourself and those around you.
I want you to be the best version of yourself that you can be and I would love to help you find your way there. Promoting self esteem and self confidence by teaching positive coping skills, mindfulness, psycho-education, and self regulation is an essential part of my practice.
I hope you will be brave and take that difficult first step to make a positive change in your life. I would love to be your partner in this endeavor.
