My approach is to treat you as the expert of your life. I tailor each client's treatment to be unique to them by using different modalities like person-centered exploration, CBT, mindfulness, meditation combined with empathy, compassion, creativity, and humor to help achieve the goals of therapy and get you to where you want to be.
