Life can be challenging! Transitions, trauma, loss, relationships, anxiety, depression, and other life experiences are challenging. When struggles confront us, it is important to find support. If you are looking for a therapist who is collaborative and integrative in her approach, please feel free to reach out!
I am client-centered and strengths-focused. I work collaboratively with clients to reach their goals. I pull from a variety of treatment approaches but regularly integrate cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness strategies, helping clients explore connections between behaviors, thoughts, and feelings, as well as the mind-body connection.
Our wellness is multi-faceted. My priority is to provide a warm, supportive environment where a client can explore aspects of their wellness and work towards change in the areas they choose. Life can be hard ... but with support, individuals can move forward with new experiences of healing, growth, and meaning.
