Have you been in therapy for years but still struggle to experience healing in certain areas of your life? I can help. I believe that most—if not all—of what we struggle with today is rooted in childhood trauma and family-of-origin experiences. When trauma isn’t dealt with, we create an unconscious process that drives our current thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. Time can’t heal this type of pain. Fully processing the trauma—connecting with the felt experience physically, emotionally, and mentally—is how it moves through us and allows for healing.
I offer individual trauma Intensives and focused trauma treatment for those who have done a lot of childhood trauma healing work and no longer need ongoing therapy but have areas of their story that still need to be addressed. Note: I don't offer long term therapy.
In my experience as a clinician, I’ve learned that academic knowledge alone doesn’t impact lives; rather, connecting soul to soul is the most important part of the therapeutic process.
