The clients I work with range in ages from 16 through older adults. Clients come to me to work through all types of issues relating to anxiety, depression/suicidality, grief, social skills, abuse (physical, mental, sexual, emotional, childhood), divorce, school/work stress, parenting/family stress, PTSD/CPTSD, college searching/applications, etc.
As a former High School Counselor my specialty is working with older adolescents and college age individuals, however I do enjoy working with all ages. I specialize in working from a Trauma Informed Background combined with Solution Focused and Client Centered Therapy.
