If advice from friends and family is not working, it might be time to seek input from a professional. Our team and I have the desire and expertise to help! We create a warm, non-judgmental space where we can identify what is creating stress for you or your family. Together, we figure out how to change what you can control and how to cope with things beyond your control. It takes courage to change and your happiness is worth the risk.

I specialize in helping children, teens, and adults recover from difficult life experiences like abuse, divorce, loss, addiction in a family member, and I enjoy coaching parents who want to add tools to their "parenting tool belt".

You do not have to heal alone. I utilize cognitive-behavioral, EMDR, family systems, play, and art therapy techniques to assist clients in the change process. The best part of my job is watching clients grow.

I was fortunate enough to have Dr. Peters as a professor. Every week, she would pass her passion for helping children and teenagers on to our class. She is brilliant, kind, and dedicated to helping kids and families.
