I offer an integrative private therapy practice which includes art therapy and psychotherapy. Individual, family and group services are available. I specialize in combining expressive art therapy and or traditional talk therapy to provide you with a non-judgmental environment that invites you to discover new aspects of yourself, freedom and permission to develop courage on your path towards wholeness. Art Therapy is based on self exploration through the creative process. Using expressive therapies in conjunction with talk therapy allows individuals to tap into a deeper wisdom which can help you to heal, discover, and grow.

I have over 20 years of experience companioning those who are grieving, living with loss, exploring gender identity and/or sexuality, in transition, at end of life, living with a life limiting illness, and those seeking to deepen a connection to our innate curiosity, joy, peace and ease.

Either through traditional or expressive interactions, I will support you to create movement in your life that allows you to live according to your hopes and dreams by blending creativity, education, compassion and support. To learn more, please contact me to discuss your needs and with any questions.
