I am Beth Mullek, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked in various settings, partnering with adults seeking help with depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief and loss, as well as caregiving and end-of-life issues. I completed my Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology at the College of the Holy Cross and earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) at Boston University.
My aim is to establish a warm, safe, and supportive environment by utilizing active listening, practical feedback, and a touch of humor. I strive to create a space where you feel respected and understood. I employ a diverse treatment approach informed by strength-based, cognitive behavioral, and solution-focused therapy.
Together, we will collaboratively establish a unique treatment path to develop practical solutions and reach realistic, attainable goals. I will build on your existing strengths to create opportunities for change and growth.
