I enjoy working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and all age groups. With years of experience supporting children and teenagers, I find joy in developing creative ways to connect and engage with young minds. I also have a passion for guiding young adults through the challenges of transitioning into adulthood. As a parent of two young children, I have a deep understanding of the struggles that come with raising kids, and I find fulfillment in helping parents navigate the pressures of feeling 'good enough' while balancing the demands of parenthood.
As a dual-licensed school and professional counselor with 10+ years of experience, I specialize in supporting children, families, and adults. Trained in PCIT, I help caregivers of children ages 4-7 strengthen bonds and reduce challenging behaviors. I provide a safe and supportive environment for people of all ages.
If you’re feeling exhausted, discouraged, or unsure of what you need, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where both children and adults can feel understood. Healing and change are possible. When you feel ready, I welcome you to reach out.
