I work with teens, young adults, individuals, families, and couples. I have extensive experience with relationship issues, self-esteem, depression, bipolar, trauma, anxiety, and addiction. I believe that all great struggle creates the opportunity for profound growth and that what lies on the other side of discomfort is greater than any of us could have imagined. I am passionate about helping others realize their emotional and spiritual potential.

I hold an M.S. in Early Childhood Education and an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am licensed by the state of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor.
