I specialize in child, adolescent, and family therapy and am dedicated to helping people learn strategies to reduce stress and heal mentally and emotionally. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I am certified to help manage anxiety, depression, symptoms of trauma, and many other social and emotional concerns.
I believe that therapy interventions are not "one size fits all" and that services should be tailored to meet the needs of the individual and/or family. I hope to hear from you soon, be well.
