Trauma and Neglect Survivors - I specialize in working with survivors of childhood, generational, and neurodiverse trauma - specifically adult children of narcissistic, emotionally immature and mentally unstable parents. Through understanding, compassion, playfulness, and sharing information, I will walk with you on your healing journey. Developmental trauma is sometimes hard to see, because for those who grew up in it, it was just normal. We were taught to keep secrets, be hypervigilant, and to do and become what the people around us needed so we could survive. Those coping skills helped us survive, but now are in our way.
I use mainly online sessions, allowing you to pick where you feel safe to talk. I work on facilitating integration of the mind and body so the trauma is better able to be processed, giving you voice and choice in everything we do. I give psycho education, resources and help you feel safe while building a healthy view of yourself, others and the world.
With all that's going on in the world today, it is no wonder that traumas that were long hidden are coming to the surface!
